“It is with heavy regret we announce that the SnowMont Music Festival has been cancelled indefinitely due to the event’s lack of demand. As the visionaries of this event, we can assure you that we are just as disappointed to tell you this news as you are to hear it, and we thoroughly sympathize with your disappointment.

If you have previously purchased tickets for the festival—originally scheduled March 30-April 1, 2012 in Killington, VT—you can expect a full refund of your original purchase price within seven to 10 business days. Refunds are automatic so there is no need to do anything else, but if you have any further questions, you can direct them to Customer Service at Front Gate Tickets: 888-512-7469 or e-mail support@fgtcustomerservice.com.

We would like to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding throughout the refund process. We will work swiftly to ensure that your refund gets to you in a timely manner.
