“The Universal Rhythm Assembly is a groundbreaking festival returning to the Riverfront Festival Park in downtown Peoria on June 22nd and 23rd. This year’s festival will be the 6th annual and will feature 2 nights of outstanding performances. No festival is complete without great food and drink, so we’ll have that too!”
