Trailer ~ Dive!

“Winner at 21 Film Festivals Worldwide! Follow Jeremy Seifert and his circle of friends as they dumpster dive in the back alleys and gated garbage receptacles of L.A.’s supermarkets. In the process they uncover thousands of dollars worth of good food and an ugly truth about waste in America: grocery stores know they are wasting and most refuse to do anything about it. Contact us at www.divethefilm.com to set up a screening and get involved in the EAT TRASH Campaign for Zero Waste! Trailer by Chris Settlemoir, music by Timothy Vatterott.” From DiveTheFilm.com

The Blast Off ~ June 17th-19th, 2011

The First Ever

Cirque du Womp is producing our very first music and arts festival this summer, called THE BLASTOFF. We look forward to creating and playing in a boundless magical setting on over 100 acres of open land in Western Ohio with you. The fest will feature music from a variety of genres, diverse and interactive performance, and art installations that will inspire the masses. Three-dimensional string art playgrounds, teepee hideaway huts, free form nature walks, a solid selection of workshops, an artist panel discussion, community building exercises, drum circle bonfires, and of course, K@DOG and his Cirque du Womp freakshow, will fuse together for two nights of sensational wonder. It’s time for Blastoff!

Video ~ Heifer International

From Heifer.org

“Heifer’s mission is to work with communities to end hunger and poverty and care for the earth. By giving families a hand-up, not just a hand-out, we empower them to turn lives of hunger and poverty into self-reliance and hope.

With gifts of livestock and training, we help families improve their nutrition and generate income in sustainable ways. We refer to the animals as “living loans” because in exchange for their livestock and training, families agree to give one of its animal’s offspring to another family in need. It’s called Passing on the Gift – a cornerstone of our mission that creates an ever-expanding network of hope and peace.”
