Railroad Earth Announce Their 2015 Winter Tour

Railroad Earth Fall Tour 14

From RailroadEarth.com
“Railroad Earth returns to the road after the turn of the year, including places ands people not seen in a long time. The first show for the band will be in Minneapolis on 1/15, making stops in Chicago, St. Louis, Milwaukee, and Omaha, on their way to what will certainly be a blowout three-night stand at the Ogden Theatre in Denver on 1/22-24. After returning to Lawrence, the tour then heads south to Tulsa and a long overdue three nights in Texas, including Dallas, Houston, and Stubb’s in Austin. Good to be back.

The band spends February returning at last to Grand Rapids and Detroit, as well as Columbus and Cleveland, followed by a 3 night stand at the Brooklyn Bowl in NYC and a two night run at the 930 Club in Washington DC.”

Utopia Fest Announces 2012 Dates and Initial Lineup: Dr. Dog, Toubab Krewe, The Werks & More

From UtopiaFest.com

“Travis Sutherland and Onion Creek Productions are proud to present the 4th annual UTOPiAfest hosted at Four Sisters Ranch in Utopia, TX, September 28-30, 2012. UTOPiAfest will announce the full artist lineup with festival sponsor 360 Vodka on Friday, June 15th. Details of the announcement will be made available via Facebook and Twitter in the days prior to June 15th.
Established in 2009 on his family’s 1,000-acre ranch in Utopia, TX, festival founder Travis Sutherland says, “UTOPiAfest offers a true alternative to the large, multi-stage music festival that often favor quantity over a quality audience experience.”
The festival site, a secluded, natural amphitheatre with breathtaking Hill Country vistas, is near many local attractions including the Frio River, Medina River, Lost Maples, and Garner State Park. In addition to the scenery, UTOPiAfest is striving to provide a quality festival experience by maintaining a list of core values including a capped audience of 1,800 attendees, low ticket prices, BYOB, and a family-friendly atmosphere.
“The capped audience will have plenty of room to dance, camp, and enjoy musicians that regularly play to crowds of 30,000 or more,” Aaron Brown, Director of UTOPiAfest, said.
Other festival activities include: morning yoga, daycare, a disc golf course, displays of fine art and jewelry, and food and craft vendors. Tickets for UTOPiAfest are on sale at utopiafest.com . Prices include tax, fees, parking, and on-site camping. Upgrades with small extra fees are available for Thursday pre-party passes and RV camping passes.”
